Prottoyon - A Govt. Certificate App

Prottoyon is a government service app designed to help Bangladeshi citizens apply for various digital certificates (e.g., birth, death, nationality) in a hassle-free way. Our team conducted a complete UX redesign to improve the app’s usability, navigation, and accessibility — especially for users with limited digital literacy. By simplifying the user flow and making key services easier to access, we aimed to build a more inclusive digital experience for all citizens.
